Place is of an appropriate distance from or to thing. 2. Direction or place is safe, secured and offers adequate protection, for the period that it will be needed or occupied. 3. Access through direction or place to thing will not be hindered as a result of stance taken or position occupied. 4. No distraction or disturbance will occur while looking from direction or place, whether direction is certain or not, and whether place is clean or dirty, small or big, etc. 5.
