Has a purpose and considers watching a necessity. 2. Has an excellent eyesight or vision. And/or eyeglasses, if being used, is of the best quality. 3. Safe, well-positioned to have a good, complete and uninterrupted view of the screen. 4. Has an excellent sense of hearing, unless the audio is not needed. 5. Concentrates throughout period of viewing, including also the period(s) of advert(s)/commercial(s), break in transmission, etc., if considered necessary. That is, no distraction or being inattentive. 6. Understands and appreciates what is on, and watches only for duration desired ! And hopefully, will remember, later, what was seen. 7.
