Definition: (business) Money that is invested in a new company to help it develop, which may involve a lot of risk.

6. Money is not encumbered or provided under difficult conditions, whether company is insured or not. And benefactor or sponsor is not directly involved in the running of business (to emphasize).

7. Company is involved only in lawful or legal endeavours.

8. Money invested achieves objective(s) or serves purpose(s).
