Some purpose(s) will be served by action. 2. Action can be timely started and completed. 3. Course will have a legal backing. That is, action will not be an illegality or immorality or illicit endeavour. 4. The public are in tune with alleged goodness in an intended action. 5. Course can be monitored and followed through to the end. And no obstacle or impediment can be put in the way of the course of action. 6. No unplanned loss will be suffered by the public or the majority in the process of taking particular course of action. 7. End result or outcome of course of action will be exactly as hoped or planned for. 8.
