| USURPATION Definition: The act or process of taking somebody's position and/or power without having the right to do this. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful, whatever this/these is/are, for the usurper. 2. Considered a necessity by the usurper, whatever justification might be attempted for action. 3. A resistance or revolt will be put up by the person being denied his or her legally due entitlement. But this will be defeated or crushed by the more powerful. 4. Act or process is concluded timely to help achieve goal(s). 5. Loss will be suffered by the party denied and this person cheated will get no compensation, apology, etc. afterwards. 6. Usurper faces no sanction for illegal act or action, even if not applauded or supported in illegality. 7. Act serves purpose(s). That is, power that is/was forcefully taken or assumed is/was used as desired or planned for. 8.
