Format, language, etc. with which to handle product, etc. are familiar and/or known. 4. Instructions, methodology, etc. are lucid and clear, needing no interpretation or translation. 5. Appropriate manual or guide or a 'how-to-fix-it' help list, etc. will be permanently available with item, in case of a malfunction, lock, etc. of equipment, device, etc. 6. The equipment, device, etc. is not ordinarily dangerous or unsafe to use or apply or deal with, whether expensive or cheap to acquire. 7.
