Definition: (of food, etc.) The quality of having a strong unpleasant taste; being not sweet.

1. Purposeful and necessary, whether this is known or unknown.

2. Quality is not quite readied or prepared for. That is, there would be no looking forward to thing with bitter taste.

3. Harsh on the palate - hard to taste with the tongue.

4. Harsher on the internal organs - harder to swallow.

5. Thing with quality cannot be made sweet or less bitter.

6. Thing tasted and/or swallowed cannot be refused, rejected, thrown-up or regurgitated and thrown out.

7. Some good or goodness, though this could be unknown, is in thing that is difficult to cope with. (To emphasize.)

8. The aftertaste will not be as bad as envisaged. That is, not much regret will be expressed after quality is taken or applied.

9. Serves purpose(s), immediately or in the long run.
