That is, man has relevant experience, appropriate upbringing, right qualification and/or education, etc. to know the right time, event and circumstance to be 'cool'. 4. No personal loss will be suffered as a result of quality. And man cannot be taken advantage of as a result of right style or manners. 5. Quality lasts or is sustained for the duration desired. That is, man assumed urbane can be silent or change appearance, whenever he considers it necessary.
