| UPRIGHTNESS Definition: Behaviour and attitudes that are very moral and honest. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the upright person. 2. Not a single reasonable voice will be raised against what is being exhibited. 3. Level of morality and honesty is maximum. That is, whether a 'loss' is incurred or not, behaviour and attitude will be shown everywhere - especially in the privacy of the upright person. 4. Behaviour and attitudes are timeless. That is, moral and honest stance is every time - in all situations, whatever the 'threat' or 'danger' that may be lurking (connect to #3). 5. Behaviour and attitudes are exhibited timely. That is, person who is upright has no room for prevarication, or a procrastination. (Connect to #4.) 6. No requirement or necessity to justify proper behaviour and attitudes, especially when an explanation is demanded. 7. Behaviour and attitudes is not shown in anticipation of a reward from the people to whom it is shown, either in the immediate or distant future. That is, person is not afraid of or bothered about the likely consequences, unanticipated risks, etc. of actions and/or inaction.
