Not asking or searching or demanding to know about the circumstance of or in a particular situation. 2. Not careful enough or adequately cautious in or about situation. 3. Not prepared or ready for, or even thinking about the likelihood of a hurry or an emergency (where applicable). 4. Busy or involved in another endeavour that is not likely to help matter in case of a problem arising in or from situation. 5. Will suffer a loss or some losses, but only if danger or problem occurs.
