UNSOUNDNESS (3)

Definition: (of a building, etc.) Being in a state that is considered as in poor condition; weak and likely to fall down.

1. Building, etc. has been assessed and confirmed, as unsound, by a qualified professional.

2. Building, etc. deteriorated to the particular state. That is, condition arose from a wear and tear.

3. Structure poses no direct risk or danger to people or animals around its vicinity. And evacuation will be conducted, where required.

4. Building, etc. is prepared and readied for being brought down. That is, building will, if necessary, be destroyed without the feeling that some loss will be suffered from its demolition.

5. Some valuable or good can be salvaged from wreck, if building, etc. is decided to pulled down early. (To emphasize.)

6. Nothing can be done by way of reinforcement, redesign, refurbishment, etc. that can restore building, etc. to a better, stronger condition.
