Or no serious effort is made to make thing happen - only an expectation or reliance on a miracle, etc. for occurrence to be. 2. Support, assistance, help, search, research, experimentation, etc. to get thing to happen is not assured or genuine. 3. No law, rule or regulation can interfere in the situation, such that can prompt thing to happen. 4. No possibility of natural or super-natural, or terrestrial forces, to influence situation to make thing happen (to emphasize). 5. No error, mistake, misrepresentation, etc. will occur to cause a change in tendency for thing to happen. 6.
