Acts as, or acting like, the 'Policeman' of the world - fighting rogue states, dismantling undemocratic nations, attacking terrorists' havens, etc. 6. Her mantra is Democracy for ever - focusing on the rule of law, separation of powers, the supremacy of civil control of the military, etc. 7.
