| UNIT (5) Definition: [ ~ (of something) ] A fixed quantity, etc. that is used as a standard measurement. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. Fixed nature is believed purposeful and necessary, for a correct and acceptable result to be obtained from the process adopted. 2. Not an approximate or a quantity arrived at from a guesstimate. That is, quantity, etc. is specific and identifiable; stable. 3. Arrived at after a proper calculation, reckoning, etc. That is, quantity is considered right in the circumstance; usable. 4. Quantity is not stated as a range of figures, etc. And it is measurable and/or assessable; defensible. 5. Accessible and reachable.
