Well-structured with appropriate organs, committees, etc. 4. Its executives and officials/officers are efficient and effective, however elected, selected or appointed. 5. Members or membership is virile and vibrant - paying membership fees, participating in group activities, etc., etc. 6. Its rules and constitution, etc. are obeyed by all members. 7. Keeps true and complete records of all its meetings and activities. 8. United and strong, especially if similar bodies exists that are in competition with it. And its activities are not destructive of the environment or damaging to the ecosystem. 9.
