Person has no desirable feature(s) that will be craved or needed by some other(s). 2. Person is not smart, reasonable or sensible enough, in the opinion of other person(s) who could have been impressed or affected one way or the other. 3. Possesses no valuable information, secret or idea, or clue. And offers no useful suggestions or assistance. (Connect to #2.) 4. Not placed in or occupying any area or position of influence or responsibility, either by way of job, duty or employment. Or even by way of the physical space occupied. 5. Nothing at all to be gained from contact with this person - not pleasure or support, knowledge or skill, hint or ... . 6. Person is trying (hard?) to become important and his or her efforts, every time fails. (To emphasize.) That is, person is not trying well enough to succeed! 7. No real or reasonable length of time is spent on this person. That is, no significant period is assigned to thinking about, being in the presence of, or discussing or analysing issues concerning this person. 8.
