Condition is specific and identifiable. 2. State is measurable and/or assessable. 3. Acknowledged and accepted as a reality. That is, efforts will be appropriately channelled, not to take a dare or risk during period. 4. It will be possible for situation to be made better with the relevant treatment or physical attention during period that it's existing. 5.
