Unfairness
UNFAIRNESS

Definition: A situation of not being right or fair according to a set of rules or principles; not treating people equally.

1. Purposeful and necessary for perpetrator(s).

2. Not justifiable, in the opinion of right-thinking persons. That is, situation should not be; treatment is considered as not deserved by the victim(s).

3. There would be no acknowledgment or recognition of the good in a situation or the positives of, or in, the unfairly treated person or party.

4. No chance or even a window of opportunity will be provided for the party cheated, to try to make good. And no recourse to an appeal, after being wrongly treated, will be available in situation. [Likely to lead to planning a revenge.]

5. Some gain, satisfaction, benefit, etc. will be obtained by who does the (an) unfair thing.

6. A loss, disadvantage, etc. that is very serious, will be suffered by the 'victim'.

7. Person or party that 'wins' or benefits, as a result of unfair treatment would not have won, if not for wrongness.

8. Situation will not be applauded or endorsed or supported by a sensible or reasonable person. And would not be ordinarily encouraged.

9. 'Loser' or 'failure' will not be apologized to or compensated.
