Purposeful to be 'miserly'. 2. Necessary for who is involved. 3. Money is not in short supply (to emphasize). 4. Loss, shortage, etc. will be suffered as a consequence, whether immediately or at at later date/time. 5. A justification will be attempted for spending less than expected. 6.
