| UNDERACHIEVEMENT Definition: A situation of doing less well than could be done, especially in school work. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Basis or ground exists, or will be claimed, even if this is thought reasonable, only in the estimation of the underachiever. 2. There is or there was no real desire to underachieve. And the wherewithal to do more or as expected was possessed by underachiever. 3. Ann excuse or explanation that may be given would not be tenable or acceptable to another or others, as no impediment was put in the way of optimum or better performance. And low level of accomplishment will not be proudly announced. 4. Loss will be suffered, by underachiever and those connected with endeavour or project, as a direct consequence of doing less well. 5. Work that is poorly or badly done will eventually be satisfactorily completed, by same person or another, resulting in additional expenditure, etc. 6. Lesson will be learned from situation and some regret will be had, whether publicly admitted or not, by underachiever, and whether punished or sanctioned for incompetence or inability. ___________________________________ See perfect MALADMINISTRATION. | |
