| UNCONSTITUTIONALITY Definition: (technical) The fact that something is not acceptable according to a constitution. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful for violator(s) of the provision(s) of the constitution. [See perfect ARBITRARINESS (2).] 2. Breakage of ground rules is considered a necessity and fact can be established in law. (See perfect SELF-INTEREST.) 3. Loss, disadvantage, etc. will be suffered by the lawful. And consequences will generally be grave for society or country. [See perfect DECAY (2).] 4. Warnings, discouragement, etc. not to break or foul the law or regulation will be disregarded. That is, illegal act would be brazen. (See perfect POLITICKING.) 5. Effect cannot be ignored as chaos or crisis will naturally result from happening and if illegality is not promptly addressed. (See perfect LYNCH MOB.) 6. Perpetrators will benefit from situation. And rights, privileges, etc. will be denied to those who are observing the rules in obedience. (See perfect OPPORTUNIST.) 7. An appeal or a challenge will not fail in situation, even as no complaint will be brought up by the aggrieved or disadvantaged. That is, wrongdoing will be gotten away with. (See perfect OBTUSENESS.) 8. Law that is defied will not be changed or amended in the future. And the act of lawbreaking will be done again, if chance arises another time. (See perfect RECIDIVISM.) 9. Apparent defiance or disobedience achieves objective(s) or serves purpose(s), especially for the 'guilty' party.
