| UNAWARENESS Definition: The state or condition of not knowing or realizing that something is happening or that something exists. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Consciousness is not in doubt. 2. Presence of mind is believed or assumed present. 3. There is no desire, need, desperation, request, etc. to know particular thing or be aware of particular happening. 4. No unplanned loss will be suffered as a direct outcome of state. That is, risk, danger, etc. in situation, will be inadvertently averted or will not materialize to cause a serious problem. 5. Happening or occurrence, presence or existence of thing, will not be disguised, and this event, situation, etc. cannot, therefore, be mistaken for something else. And no warning, hint, forecast, etc. was pointedly ignored by who is or claims to be unaware. 6.
