Definition: [ ~ (of somebody) ] The rate at which employees leave a company and are replaced by other people.

1. Purposeful for departing employees to leave - whoever departs.

2. Considered a necessity to replace former staff - whoever is employed.

3. Not at a time considered bad or disadvantageous by company - whenever the movement takes place.

4. Quality of new employees is not reduced as a result of changes - whatever the wages to be paid (connect to #5 & #7).

5. Cost(s) or replacement of old staff is not considered outrageous - whatever the number(s).

6. Incoming employees will gather appropriate cognate experience while in company, before moving on - however brief their stay. (if applicable).

7. Company benefits in the long run from the constant or rare changes made in the workforce. That is, productivity does not reduce or quality of product or manufactured items do not decline as a result - whatever product or service is provided.
