Purposeful for departing employees to leave - whoever departs. 2. Considered a necessity to replace former staff - whoever is employed. 3. Not at a time considered bad or disadvantageous by company - whenever the movement takes place. 4. Cost(s) or replacement of old staff is not considered outrageous - whatever the number(s). 6.
