Purposeful and necessary. 2. Approved or authorized, where required. 3. Speed, rate or pace of turn is appropriate. 4. Direction or position turned to/from is the right one. 5. Act occurs or is performed timely, to help achieve goal(s). 6. No unplanned loss arises from act, for the person turning and/or the person/thing being turned. 7. Act continues or lasts for period desired by all the parties involved. And ends at a mutually agreed time (where possible). 8.
