| TUNNEL VISION (2) Definition: (Disapproving) An inability to see or understand all the aspects of a situation, an argument, etc. instead of just one part of it. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Person was believed to have his or her full senses or faculties in excellent condition. 2. It will be assumed that person concerned, with inability, is in the right frame of mind at the time. 3. Circumstances (= situation), discussion (= argument) presentation, etc. existed transparently or was conducted openly. That is, all required explanation, investigation, scrutiny, etc. needed to be made to ensure understanding were done. 4. No impediments that can be justifiably used as an excuse is available for person with inability. That is, a law or rule, regulation, principle, etc. is/was favourable. And all required support, assistance, time, etc. was provided or available. 5. Handicap or deficiency will not be easily or readily admitted by the person with inability (to emphasize). 6.
