A fair or an average understanding of what can be believed, or of what can be true, is possessed by the majority. 3. No question or doubt will arise from acceptance of situation (to emphasize, connect to #5). And belief will not need to be defended or explained, investigated or proved. 4. Fact has only one version, meaning or interpretation, be it a rumour, half-truth or a situation arising from Chinese whispers. 5.
