| TRUSTY (1) Definition: (informal) A prisoner who is given special advantages because of good behaviour. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Purposeful to grant special advantages to offender or 'criminal'. 2. 'Beneficiary' is not in jail as a result of miscarriage of justice. 3. Advantages are given by prison authority, not by fellow prisoners. 4. Use of advantage brings some gain, benefit, etc. to the jailhouse or prison system. 5. The granted privileges lasts or can be sustained for desired period of time. That is, advantages can and will be withdrawn, by the issuer, if need be. 6.
