A person who has legal control of money or property that is kept or invested for another person, company, or organization. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. That is, relationship with client will be defined in concrete terms. 5. Will always be present and available. (To emphasize.) Or will always have excellent arrangements in place, when unavoidably absent. 6. Authority or authorization for control or management will be valid - genuine and current; lawful. 7. Will give regular and constant, complete or detailed updates to the owner(s) of trust fund. 8. Person or organization will be registered to carry out business. 9.
