| TROIKA (1) Definitions: i. (formal) A group of three politicians or countries working together. ii. Group of three people in authority. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered necessary for 'trio' to cooperate. 2. The goals or objectives of the members have been harmonized. 3. The group will have working papers, agreements, memorandum, etc. 4. Decision-making will be by consensus and compromise - not voting. 5. 'Profit-sharing' will be agreed on before start of cooperation. 6. The option or freedom to exit from 'the club' will be guaranteed. 7. Loyalty and reliability, i.e. unity, will exist between partners. 8.
