| TRANSPARENCY (4) Definition: The quality of something, such as a situation or an argument, that makes it easy to understand. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Nature of the features - medium, language, etc. - of thing, are simple, plain, common, etc. 2. State of development of thing is measurable and/or assessable. 3. Expectation(s), projection(s), end result(s), etc. at the end of thing is/are predictable. 4. Quality can be broken down or compartmentalized appropriately. That is, situation or argument can be viewed in levels, stages, step by step, etc. 5. Thing has an assured degree of openness.
