| TRANSITION (2) Definition: [ ~ (from something) (to something)/ ~ (between A and B) ] The process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Approved and authorized (where required). 3. Planned and programmed. That is, the determinants of the desired changes are known before commencement of process. 4. Inputs and resources, in terms of costs, time, efforts, etc. that will be involved will be planned and budgeted for - as projected. 5. Nothing in the former state will be found in the later condition. That is, state changed to will be completely new and be exactly what is desired. 6. Change(s) will serve purpose(s), whatever this/these is/are, with or without an upheaval occurring during period. 7. New condition will be sustained or be sustainable for period desired, even if a reversion will take place afterwards. 8.
