| TRANSIT (2) Definition: The act of going through a place on the way to somewhere else. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Voluntarily occurs. That is, it is known beforehand that place will be passed through on way to some other destination (= the next place). 3. Place is of the right ambience or in the desired condition at the time of passing through. That is, facilities, provisions, service, inhabitants, etc. in place is as hoped or planned for. 4. Period that will be spent in place will be adequate to help achieve goal(s). And departure from place will be when desired. 5. Place will serve purpose(s) as exactly hoped for. 6.
