Definition: The act of going beyond the limit of what is morally or legally acceptable.

1. Purposeful and necessary for who (= person, group, etc.) or what (= organization, company, etc.) transgresses.

2. A basis or justification will exist for act, even if this will be considered as unreasonable by others. And act will be deliberate.

3. Consequences or repercussions of deviance is known by the offender before 'sin' is committed. And where this is claimed to be unknown, it will not 'pass', in the eyes of the law or members of the society.

4. Transgressor has a readiness, even if not a capacity, to cope with the outcome of stubbornness, if and when challenged by members of the public or caught to face the law.

5. No unplanned loss will be suffered by who or what transgresses.

6. Transgressor will not force or cajole another person or party to join in exceeding allowable limits. (To emphasize.)

7. No sanction, ticking off, etc. will be suffered by offender.

8. Wrongdoer achieves objective(s), without a regret. That is, act serves purpose(s).
