| TRANSFER LIST Definition: (British) In football, a transfer list is a list of players at a club who may be sold to other clubs. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Considered purposeful and necessary to offload listed players. 2. Whoever will be in list would be informed on its being compiled. 3. Compilation and/or release will be made at the right moment. 4. The listed players will still be 'active', believed marketable. 5. 'Master' (= club) would have benefited from 'slaves' (= players). 6. Serves purpose(s).
