Purposeful and necessary. 2. Record contains no alteration (= falsification?), such that will cast a doubt on the veracity of the details or contents. 3. Details in record including marks/grades, courses, student's names, academic year(s), department and other relevant information are correct and complete. 4. Record has a mark of authorization. That is, record is approved or endorsed by the right faculty/departmental member(s)/official(s). 5. Marks/grades in record can be properly interpreted. That is, where necessary, a 'key', an appropriate comment or remarks, etc. is/are provided in record, for ease of understanding. 6. Print and writing are clear and plain and the material on which details are recorded is durable. 7.
