| TIMETABLING Definition: The act or process of arranging for something to take place at a particular time. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (to emphasize). 2. Necessary for the arranger(s). 3. Place, location, stage, etc. that proposed event will take place in is firmly secured. 4. Complete collection of the things required for activity to happen is ensured. 5. Consultation, questioning, etc. that is necessary, with stakeholders, will be concluded, long before the moment scheduled for the start of activities. 6. Assurances are secured for the plans in schedules. That is, confirmation is guaranteed through the instrumentality of a law, an agreement, a deposit or payment, etc., etc. 7. Times and timings, especially the duration that each phase or stage of an event is expected to last, are real or realistic. 8.
