A holiday/vacation home that you own in this way. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. * All about the arrangement only. 1. Purposeful for those owning shares. 2. Considered a necessity by the part-owners. 3. Co-owners are not permanent and/or determinable. 4. Arrangement has a legal backing or lawful footing. 5. Services offered by managers/management will be excellent. 6. Conditions, clauses or provisos in agreement should be flexible. 7. Sustainable for period of time hoped for by 'shareholders'. And house will be available at any time of year desired. 8. Serves purpose(s), especially for the owners of shares (= home). 9.
