(informal) The wrongful application, or an underutilization, of a specific period in the desire to achieve a goal. ______________________________________________________________________ * Any of the listed situations qualify: 1. Thinking the wrong thought(s). 2. Saying or uttering the wrong word(s). 3. Doing the wrong - illegal, unauthorized, immoral, etc. - thing(s). 4. In other words, not knowing the right or exact time to think, say or do a thing. 6. Planning or contemplating a bad action or the wrong thing (connect to #1 & #3). 7.
