| THEOCRACY (1) Definition: The government of a country by religious leaders. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to have religious 'bosses' lead. 2. All state-recognized religions will be represented in government. 3. Structure or form of leadership and administration will be acceptable to all. 4. Organs and institutions of country will be manned by persons of all religions and also the non-religious. 5. Leaders will respect the constitution of country. That is, the different 'Holy Books' of the various religions will be of secondary relevance or importance in the administration of country. 6. Has a mandate and will respect the wishes of the citizenry. 7. Politics, reforms, etc. will be beneficial to the population.
