| TEST DRIVE Definitions: i. An occasion when you drive a vehicle that you are thinking of buying so that you can see how well it works. ii. A short trial run of a motor vehicle, especially in order to determine whether to purchase it. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. 1. Puposeful and necessary for tester. 2. Vehicle is the exact model or make desired, whatever its offer price, colour(s), history, year of manufacture, etc., etc. 3. Driver is licensed or is a learner with a valid permit. And the vehicle, whether new or old, is insured appropriately! 4. All traffic rules and regulations are observed during drive. 5. Vehicle is 'pushed' to the maximum allowable limits, in respect of speed/acceleration, gadget/equipment functionality, etc. 6. Terrain, road, weather condition, environment, etc. that test is conducted in, is appropriately varied, or is as wished for. 7. Adequate amount of time (= period or duration) and space (= distance or area) is available to conduct activity. 8. No second opinion will be sought, from another interested party or person - driver/financier/intended user, etc., on conclusion of trial. 9. No unplanned loss will be suffered by driver or vehicle during exercise. That is, no motion sickness/infection, damage/accident, etc. occurs to driver or vehicle as a direct fallout of vehicle use and/or drive. 10. (Reserved.) (Funds are available or will be accessible, if decision is taken later to acquire ride.) (To emphasize.) 11. All relevant questions, enquiries, information, etc., if any, that are needed to be asked or known, from the car dealer/seller, or its previous owner(s)/user(s), etc. are asked, made or sought, at the end of test drive. 12. Trial helps in the decision-making process.
