| TEARFULNESS (1) Definition: (of a person) Being in the state of crying, or about to be in the state of crying. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. The reason(s) or cause(s) of unhappiness and/or hurt, which is/are responsible for the state, is/are known by who cries. 3. Extent and/or nature will not be excessive or strange. That is, no unplanned loss, embarrassment, etc. will be suffered as a result of manner of shedding tears. 4. Lasts for a period considered as reasonable, especially if act happens or will be happening in the presence of others. 5. Some benefit will be got from the expression of emotion.
