Should therefore drive, obeying all traffic rules and regulations, and behave reasonably while vehicle is hired. 7. Metering device has not been tampered with and will not malfunction. That is, fare charged at the end of trip, will never result in a quarrel. 8. Driver will not, ever deliberately take a longer route. 9.
