Clothes or pieces had served their purpose(s). 2. Not desired that item should be torn. And not deliberately shreded. 3. Clothes or pieces are 'intact' or can be gathered back as a whole. 4. No use or benefit whatsoever can be got from torn material(s). 5. A loss or losses will be the outcome of situation or of any attempt to make use of torn clothes or pieces. 6. (Reserved.) (Cannot be patched, repaired, amended, etc. And no effort or energy will be made to try to restore it to any nice and/or presentable state - won't be cleaned, washed, ironed, folded, etc.) 7.
