Definition: A person's ability to choose things that people recognize as being of good quality or appropriate.

1. Person knows or has an idea of the material worth or financial value of choice.

2. Selection will and can be stoutly or robustly defended, from past or current usage/use, knowledge/experience, etc., not from a recommendation or reference.

3. Handling, treatment, application, etc. of thing chosen will reflect reverence or importance given to item.

4. Under no circumstance will choice be regretted or apologized for. That is, quality or appropriateness of choice will be appreciated by any right-thinking person.

5. (Reserved.) (Ability can be supported up with own resources. That is, who selects top-of-the range or appropriate materials can pay or can work hard to have the funds to acquire same!)

6. Ability will be most current. That is, the knowledge of the latest and/or newest best quality or appropriate things will be possessed or known by this person.
