| TASK FORCE (2) Definition: A group of people who are brought together to deal with a particular problem. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Has an authority or approval. That is, has a terms of reference, guides, limits of timing, etc., as applicable. 3. Persons in group are deemed as qualified and competent. 4. Number in group is considered adequate, to complete task on time. 5. The wherewithal necessary is provided for the group. 6. Commits no illegality in the course of performing tasks. 7. Serves purpose(s), as exactly hoped for.
