| TALL ORDER Definition: Difficult task. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to undertake endeavour, whether assignment is self-imposed or a duty. 2. The wherewithal and support, time and space, etc. that will be required to attempt task will be available. 3. No hidden stumbling block, or limitation, or restriction will be discovered on the way, if or when taken on. 4. Cannot be made more difficult when the work is started. That is, the task will be measurable and/or assessable. 5. There will be a certainty of the outcome or end result of effort - that it will turn out exactly as desired or wished. 6. The task will be possible to accomplish, but only with the right decision(s) and action(s) being taken timely and correctly. 7. The efforts that will be involved in achieving success will be more than the normal or usual; includes extra hard work and resources. 8. Successful completion of task will be beneficial for the doer. And achievement in the end will not be considered as some Pyrrhic victory. 9. The piece of work cannot be delegated or avoided. And the particular responsibility can neither be shirked nor postponed indefinitely. 10. Not something previously accomplished.
