Has no encumbrance or obstacle to being used, deployed, reallocated, adjusted, etc. 7. Has a guarantee for durability. That is, items will be available in their functional, proper state as long as they are present and required for use. 8. Collection (group of things) or positioning (connection point(s)) is/are accessible, whenever system needs to be changed, rearranged, repaired or adjusted, etc. 9.
