Authorized or approved. That is, a request or demand or a need is established to provide thing. 3. Planned - terms, duration, if applicable, time or timing, quality, quantity, etc. 4. Strategic - modality (method), necessity (demand), supplier (source), recipient (destination), etc. 5. Monitored - execution (and completion), whether as originally planned or by the alternative (Plan B) arrangement, adjustment, etc. as necessary. 6. Act achieves objective(s).
