| SUPPLEMENT (4) Definition: An amount of money that you pay for an extra service or item, especially in addition to the basic cost of a holiday/vacation. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary. 2. Payer is notified of amount before it is 'incurred'. 3. Amount is considered reasonable vis-a-viz the basic cost. 4. Additional service received or value/worth of extra item is believed commensurate with amount. 5. Sum will be paid fully and together with the basic cost. 6.
