Definition: (often disapproving) The belief that certain events happen in a way that cannot be explained by reason or science.

1. Thing is specific and identifiable. FACT.

2. Thing is measurable, assessable. TRUE.

3. Thing seems sure (see definition). REAL.

4. The 'outcome' of thing - 'consequence' - will be perplexing. SO ?

5. Correlation, if any, between the thing and its 'outcome' will often be attempted to be unraveled. WHAT NEXT !?

6. Still ..., after all the efforts made to unravel it, thing and 'consequence' cannot still be fully understood. HOW ?
